After playing two sold out shows in New York, Beach House brought Papercuts with them to Boston to continue their Summer/Fall headlining tour. Papercuts opened up the gig to a packed house, with fans already piling in for the main event. Once on stage, Beach House kicked off their performance in a pitch black venue, lit only by a shining disco ball hanging above the crowded floor. As the show continued, the stage flashed with colorful projections and lights, all timed to the band’s most popular songs. And while fans might not have been able to see the faces of Victoria Legrand and Alex Scally, the duo’s emotions were clearly conveyed through their music, as fans sang along under flickering light beams and over booming bass.
