Kicking off the US portion of their tour, London’s Kero Kero Bonito played to a sold out Brighton Music Hall in celebration of their newest release, Time ‘n’ Place. Supporting them for the night was Tanukichan, who played many songs from their recent release, Sundays.
Kero Kero Bonito’s set kept the atmosphere fun and lively in the room. Old and new fan favorites made appearances during the night, such as “Sick Beat” from 2014’s Intro Bonito, “Picture This,” and an encore of “Trampoline” from 2016’s Bonito Generation. Songs from their newest release like “Outside” and “Flyway” also made appearances. Throughout the show, the show the crowd juggled balloons thrown to them by the band and danced along to the mix of tracks, giving the group a warm welcome to the US on their first tour stop.
