If, like me, you’ve got a bad case of the Mondays and have been drifting in-and-out of focus in the office, this news should give you a little jolt. My eyes are wide and my heart is full because The Antlers have announced their summer tour and yes, oh yes, they will be kicking it off right here in Boston. Mark your calendars, June 25 at The Sinclair, I’ll see you there.

This tour will be hot off the release of Familiars, the band’s fifth studio album that is due out just one week prior on June 17. The Antlers have been working on Familiars for the past year and a half and the band drew a lot of inspiration from Alice Coltrane, Charles Mingus, and Miles Davis. Frontman Peter Silberman says, “We wanted to connect to the humanity of music from the past. To capture grace and the heart within those performances.” Full tour dates listed below.
