Good news, everyone! Ben Folds announced recently that he’s releasing a new album this coming spring. What is it called? We don’t know. But what we do know about it sounds pretty exciting for all you BFF fans. It was recorded in under two weeks and was done in collaboration with the NY-based classical group yMusic. It also features a full orchestra.

Sound exciting to you? We haven’t even gotten to the best part yet. In conjunction with this surprise new album, Folds is conducting (aha, get it?) a world tour featuring a number of residencies across the country, including (you guessed it) Boston. Look forward to getting to see him either at Royale on April 24th and/or The Sinclair on April 25th.
