Next month’s workshop, online focusing on “Making & Designing Skate Decks,” is the last of five in the ongoing CONS Project: Boston series that launched in the summer of 2014.WHAT:
Encouraging aspiring builders, designers, and skaters to register today, “Making & Designing Skate Decks” will teach participants how to build a skateboard – from start to finish. From sizing and shaping raw wood, to assembling and designing handmade decks, renowned skateboard creator and founder of non-profit skateboard manufacturing organization, CreateASkate, Paul Schmitt , and visual artist, Todd Francis, will lead the daylong workshop with the help of Converse CONSSkateboard Ambassador, Eli Reed.
