If experimental instrumental music is your thing, Doug Wartman should be at the top of your list of artists to check out. His new single “No Moon” is a dreamy venture through a landscape constructed out of intuitive guitar tones and wise composition. At moments, his songs create a sort of suspense as building sounds ands moments of silence melt their own complex atmosphere.
