The Australian country legend played at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield Saturday night as part of his Raise ‘Em Up Tour, during which the Boston Herald reported 46 people were treated for “mostly alcohol related medical problems.” The Herald reported 22 people were taken to the hospital and 50 were taken into police custody.

The event happened just weeks after dozens of concertgoers were hospitalized after an Avicii show at the TD Garden.
