Danish dudes Iceage have put out a slightly Hitchcock-ian video for a track off their latest album, Plowing Into The Field Of Love, “Against The Moon”. If you dig uncomfortably high definition black and white closeups of people, then this might be the perfect video for you. It’s even almost filmed like a movie, sliced into scenes depicting strange happenings ranging from male prostitution to someone lighting their tongue on fire. (What?) The song is the only sound you hear, providing no context for any of these details and creating an overall sense of…well, discomfort. Their haunting vocals underscore the labored pacing of the instruments, crescendoing into a sweet climax at one point which juxtaposes eerily with the content of the video. Check it out for yourself!
