ICYMI: Zine Making & Printing Workshop

TheCONSProject-21415-PhotoByRobCollins-4 Hey hey hey, remember that really awesome Zine Making & Printing workshop we told you about? That’s right folks! CONS Project: Boston came out and held a ~*free*~ zine making workshop on Feb. 14th and it was pretty fantastic. If you couldn’t make it all the way down to Artists for Humanity last Saturday (due to mass amounts of snow or generally being cold) here’s a rundown of what happened.

So despite cold weather, over 40 brave souls showed up to Artists for Humanity to learn how to make and print zines because zines are cool.  CONS Project: Boston hosted this workshop that was led by super rad zine maker and publisher, Andrew Martin Scott (of popular arts space, Needles & Pens and bookshop, & Pens Press) and international photographer, Jai Tanju (of print exchange program, Film Por Vida and art gallery and shop, Seeing Things Gallery), with the help of Organika Skateboards Pro, Quim Cardona.

“Zine Making and Printing” was the fourth of a five-part, free series coming through Boston that will conclude in Spring 2015. Don’t be sad if you missed this workshop! Why? CONS Project: Boston has one last workshop coming through in April and registration opens up next month. We know you want to go, so here’s where you can register: www.consproject.com. Be there or be square~
pls enjoy these photos of what went down at the workshop:
