Jeff Rosenstock’s new music video, for the song “Nausea,” confirms what I have always suspected, which is that Mr. Rosenstock is merely an amalgamation of cheesy, beefy goodness. “Nausea” is an updated version of a demo of the same name, which Rosenstock released in 2013 as part of his solo EP Summer (2013). The new version will be featured on Rosenstock’s upcoming, second solo album We Cool?, which we can expect on March 3rd.
We Cool? is currently available for pre-order on CD, Vinyl and Robe via SideOneDummy. Yes, you can score a bundle with a plush “Robenstock,” and Teddy Bear with your purchase.
When Jeff Rosenstock announced that Vacation (2011) would be Bomb the Music Industry’s swan song, I was concerned that the tunes of “Everybody That You Love” would be the some of last, new music I’d hear from the DIY champion… for about five seconds.
Since 2011, Jeff Rosenstock has toured solo, put out an EP with Chris Farren and crew under the band name Antartigo Vespucci, and he is also heading on tour with Andrew Jackson Jihad, The Smith Street Band and Chumped in early March. They’re even stopping by The Royale on March 21st!
