Don’t miss an opportunity to see a couple home-grown acts, Caroline Rose and Thomas John Cadrin, play Club Passim on Sunday January 19th.  Rose most recently released a self-produced record, America Religious. The sound is distinct; Rose says it’s a  “bluejean rock-meets-gospel-meets-blues-meets-alternative record,” so the prospect of her playing to your tastes is promising.

Thomas John Cadrin is another hard sound to pigeonhole, describing himself as a “Vermont & Boston based theatrically percussive jazz/folk singer-songwriter.” Most recently he recorded Play the Room– a killer record which was performed all in live single takes.
