Krill Stream New Track “Peanut Butter”

Our beloved Boston lo-fi rock trio Krill are a bunch of goofballs, but that doesn’t mean their music shouldn’t be taken seriously. The wiry riffs sigh with emotions that constantly go back and forth from ambivalence to depression, making their sound all the more intriguing. If you’ve given their latest EP Steve Hears Pile In Malden And Bursts Into Tears as many spins as we have, you’ll be stoked to know the three have shared a new track today for streaming.

The song, titled “Peanut Butter,” keeps their slacker rock coming hard, eventually letting the bands sliding bass make way for Jonah’s lyrics about a semi-stalker getting caught breaking into someone’s house. “Peanut Butter” will be included on a four-band split EP with Ovlov, LVL UP, Radiator Hospital that drops October 13th via Exploding In Sound and Double Double Whammy.
