There’s a lot of crime in the world, but perhaps one of the worst crimes is one that often goes overlook: missing children.

Mean Creek‘s Chris Keene has started a new solo project called Dream Generation, and he’s released a new music video on his Tumblr that helps raise awareness about the issue.  Titled “Runaway,” the song and video talks about missing and exploited children, throwing down a number of statistics that prove just how problematic it is. According to Keene, “Runaway” is the first song from a new album he’ll be releasing under Dream Generation. The music from this album will “be accompanied by a different artists interpretation for each song.” For “Runaway”, Sudarsana Mohanty drew a beautiful accompanying image.
