Neil Young is all over the news today, so just this one time, AP is going…
*** ALL NEIL, ALL THE TIME ***
1. Neil Young is returning for a couple of shows in Boston soon. “An Evening With Neil Young” will actually take place on two evenings– Oct 5th and 6th at the Wang Theatre in Boston. Tickets go on sale Monday July 14 at 10am. More information can be found at www.neilyoung.com.
2. Young was recently in Iceland for the first time, and while he was there, he decided to debut a brand new song. “Who’s Gonna Stand Up And Save the Earth,” was performed by Neil Young & Crazy Horse July 7 at Laugardalsholl arena in Reykjavik. No videos have surfaced yet, but this might hint to other new tracks on the way if you’re planning on seeing him in October.
3. And finally, Jimmy Fallon brought together Crosby, Stills, Nash, and his own impression of Young last night on The Tonight Show. They took on Iggy Azalea’s infectious hit “Fancy.” I hope this also happens at one of Young’s upcoming Boston shows. Video below:
