Saturday night at House of Blues was all Dr. Dog. Following their recently released “Live at the Flamingo Hotel,” the band played a lengthy 21-song set to a sold-out venue. Frontman Scott McMicken performed in a Dr. Dog t-shirt and suspenders. Bass/vocalist Toby Leaman crowd surfed in a sea Dr. Dog-branded pom pom hats. A kid wearing dog ears, a tail and a white lab coat handed me a prescription on the way out. And even after a five-song encore, it didn’t feel like enough.
