PHOTOS: Cherry Glazerr’s Noisy Night at Brighton Music

Los Angeles-based noise-pop/grunge outfit Cherry Glazerr sold out Brighton Music Hall, touring for their February 1 release, Stuffed & Ready. Indie fans young and old packed the narrow venue early for solo opener Sneaks, whose unique punk-tinged electronic hip-hop entranced the audience from the moment she set foot on stage.

After a proper warm up from Sneaks, Cherry Glazerr walked on stage to an unusually strong lighting design for Brighton Music Hall. Frontwoman Clementine Creevy’s charismatic audience interaction between songs kept the show fresh and fun, helping to transition between their more mellow songs and their heavier, hardcore grunge songs. Cherry Glazerr closed their set with Apocalipstick opener “Told You I’d Be With the Guys,” ending a fuzzy, grungy night of music at Brighton Music Hall.
