On the second-to-last show of their spring 2018 tour, co-headliners Smallpools and Great Good Fine OK brought a party to the Paradise Rock Club. After an energetic set from L.A. based alt-rockers, Half the Animal, Smallpools took the stage to a packed house. They played a jam-packed set of crowd favorites including “Lovetap!,” “Killer Whales,” (which included an inflatable killer whale passed around the crowd), and “Street Fight.” The trio kept the crowd jumping and dancing for over an hour before finishing off with their hit song, “Dreaming.” Great Good Fine OK went on stage shortly after, launching glow sticks into the crowd and jumping into the infectious dance tune, “You’re the One for Me.” The indie-pop duo kept the crowd dancing into the night with energetic synth beats, light-up drumsticks, and crowd surfing.
