Fitz Ross Productions has lent a hand in our getting to know the Boston scene and other lesser known musicians since 2013. Their Spare Room Sessions get down to the gritty by recording a music video set in–you guessed it–a spare room. Having featured artists like Horse Jumper Of Love, I/O, and Anjimile in the past, Boston punks are no strangers to the Spare Room.

Fitz Ross is proud to premier their latest session, featuring Beware The Dangers Of A Ghost Scorpion! in a ghoulish video for their song “Terrifying Master.” Melding horror punk and surf punk, the song is rapid fire and unrelenting, rhythm and key changes hiding around every note.

Donning bandanas over their faces, the band is cast in black and white, surrounded by smoke. Knives and makeup that recalls Svengoolie helps to create an atmosphere of mystery. The instrumental track is guitar heavy, with rollicking drums to help it along.

Check out the video below, and be sure to catch BTDOAGS!’s show at Great Scott on the 21st. For $9, you can snag tickets here.
