On Thursday, one of R&B’s finest artists, Miguel, hits the stage here in Boston to kick off his 2nd tour in support of 2017’s stellar War & Leisure.

The 2017 album built upon the style Miguel has been building lately, weaving between genres like hip hop, pop, and psychedelic bops. We like to think that last bit may have been influenced a little by the remix Kevin Parker (Tame Impala) did for Miguel’s Rogue Waves EP (featuring several different remixes of the song “Waves” off of his previous full length offering, Wildheart. Even if it wasn’t, we’re glad that Miguel is spending even more time in this particular end of the pool on War & Leisure.

Miguel will be joined by support acts DVSN and Nonchalant Savant.
