Grammy Award winning King of Funk Prince has announced plans to play three shows this December at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.

The first night of shows is Friday, December 27 2013, followed by two other performances: Saturday, December 28th and Sunday, December 29th.

Tickets for all of the shows are available on ticketmaster and will be available for sale on Friday, December 6th at 10 a.m. EST.

After initially attempting to declare war on twitter and the rest of the internet world by demanding removal of performance clips from Youtube and serving Twitter’s vine app with a copyright complaint in the spring, Prince has finally succumbed to the sweet lull of social media and has been quite active on his twitter lately, where he has been posting some of his new singles.
