Rachel Browne from Field Mouse drops the shoegaze fuzz for straight up power pop in her solo effort Anomie. The first single “So Long” invokes vibes of The Muffs and That Dog. and represents feelings of transitions and new beginnings for Browne. The Anomie EP comes out February 10th on the almighty Father/Daughter Records. It was mixed by Michael Eisenstein from Letters to Cleo(!!!) and mastered by Kyle Gilbride (Swearin’, Upset, Waxahatchee).
