Local DJ turned international production sensation Statik Selektah is releasing his fifth studio album, Extended Play, on June 18th, but you can stream the entire thing now though, via NPR Music. The producer lends his mastery of bass and percussion, while sharing the mic among seasoned vets like Prodigy, Raekwon, and Black Thought and next-level newcomers like Joey Bada$$, Action Bronson, and Flatbush Zombies. The most reassuring part, however, is that Statik Selektah reamins true to his roots, continuing to work with longtime collaborators and Boston’s finest like Termanology, Reks, and Slaine.
