today i woke up with a big smile on my face and jesus lord in my heart, ready to give this great city of boston the rock & roll it needs tonight.  i did a pushup then greeted the world w/ arms wide open as i do every day.

for breakfast i had a bagel. a lot of people wonder what i put on my bagel, is it cream cheese or lox? it’s neither. it’s my special one of a kind stapp smear.  it’s going to be a rockin day.
