Sweet fuzz trio IAN will be releasing a new album on Bufu Records on August 18. Jillian Medford leads the group’s emotional range of frizzy rock lullabies-that-make-you-cry on this followup to their March release Have you ever loved anything this much? You can get a physical copy on August 20 when they play their show at TT the Bear’s in Cambridge with Boston’s “jangle pop” rockers Bent Shapes and fellow Bufu-ers Littlefoot. (They’re also playing at Church in Boston next week on August 13 with Beverly and The Sun Lions, so hit up at least one show, guys!)
