Former Beets guitarist and delightfully sleepy folk dude Juan Wauters just released a new video for “Asi No Mas,” a track off his forthcoming record, Who Me?, out May 15 on Captured Tracks Records.

The video features an acoustic performance set against the backdrop of the streets of Mexico City, where Wauters attempts to teach a few mariachi musicians how to play the song.

If this track and last year’s record, N.A.P. North American Poetry are any indication, you can expect this latest release to perfectly soundtrack your lazy summer days. Until then, watch the video below, along with our live session shot in Allston last fall, “Woke Up Feeling Like Sleeping.”
