Luke Henderiks (they/them) is the front-person of Asbury Park, NJ punk collective Teenage Halloween.   The band features a rotating cast of musicians live and on their records, the most recent of which, Eternal Roast, was released through Philly label Get Better Records.  Eternal Roast is a loud and unapologetic collection of queer anthems; this session is a quieter performance of songs existing in the same world, sung by Luke solo with an acoustic guitar in my backyard.  It was an overcast morning in Allston, Luke had played a solo show the night before with Ultra Deluxe, Pink Navel, Mint Green, and Cancer Season.
