Somerville natives Eternals is a band that has quietly been keeping their nose to the grindstone these past few months. Previously known as Stephen Konrads and the Eternals, the group has pared down the name and refocused quite a bit on refining their sound. Their latest work “There Might Be Fire”, which has just been released for free on their Bandcamp and Soundcloud, shows off a much wider and deeper emotional range than they’ve ever really shown before. Recorded at a pop-up Converse Rubber Tracks in Somerville, it evokes a new maturity and willingness to explore new territory both musically and artistically.
