L.A.-based pop rock outfit Heathers have a new single, “Tankers”, to share with us. Jangly, psychedelic pop bounces along as Michael Francis warns against the dangers of obsession. Juxtaposing bright music with heavy lyrical content is a common motif used in Heathers songs, adding a vintage quality that echos 60s era Brit-pop.
With “Tankers” release enticing fans to eagerly await the next album from Heathers, the band has announced a brief summer tour.
