Catalan-based Mourn played to a heavy Tuesday night crowd at Great Scott. Their ’90s-esque vibe is reminiscent of giants like PJ Harvey and Sleater-Kinney, but they bring a fresh and young sound to it. Between punching out fast, aggressive tunes and awkward banter, Mourn have proved that this US tour will bring their career to the next level. Boston-based Feral Jenny and Maine-based Coke Weed opened the show powerfully as well. Gander through photos of the night and make sure to keep a close eye on Mourn.
