Surfy, glitchy, dreamy, haunting. Littlefoot’s new music video for their track “Casablanca” is all of these things. Off last November’s EP, Lavender, the song showcases Erica Sutherland’s floaty vocals, Dash Lunde’s tight guitar licks, Matt Liset’s easy percussion, and Zy Baer’s distinctive bass lines. But the video is totally transportative. Directed, shot and edited by Erica and John Sutherland, it’s dark, moody, and doesn’t follow any sort of narrative– like if Chelsea Wolfe gave up doom and decided to play spaghetti-western/dreampop. Watch the video below and keep an eye out for Littlefoot on their upcoming tour.
