The hip-hop scene might be all about Chicago and New York’s resurgences right now, but that doesn’t mean that other cities aren’t churning out quality music.  For Boston, the man at the forefront might just be Allston Pudding-favorite Charmingly Ghetto.  One of the highlights off of the rapper’s latest mixtape, Of the Meaning of Progress, is the Reks-featured track “I’ve Arrived” – behind a eclectic boom-bap beat cycling through hard drums, guitars, and trumpets, the two Bostonians lay hard rhyme after rhyme down.
