On March 3rd, Gus Dapperton headlined a sold out show at Great Scott. Supported by Boston trio, Baby! (fronted by Kaley Honeycutt), the two band gig made for a relatively laid back good time. Gus and his accompanying band played their brand of chilled out, but easy to dance to, pop music, with songs from both 2017s Yellow and Such and February’s You Think You’re a Comic! to the bar’s packed crowd. The 6’5” New Yorker ended the set on an upbeat note, playing his viral single “I’m Just Snacking,” followed by an encore cover of “Twist and Shout.”
