Last Friday night, Thin Lips and Grace Vonderkuhn made the second stop of their tour in Boston at O’Brien’s Pub, with local support from Fucko and the recently formed Cancer Season. The crowd showed enthusiasm for every band on the bill, with incredibly warm receptions for both Cancer Season’s and Fucko’s opening sets. Likewise, the two touring bands were also met with praise as they played their own powerful sets. Thin Lips’ setlist featured many songs from last year’s full length release, Chosen Family, with tracks like “So Stoned” and “South America” making appearances alongside some songs from 2016’s, Riff Hard.
