February 12th, two days before Valentine’s Day, marked John Maus’ first performance at The Sinclair with a backing band, as part of his current tour in promotion of the long-awaited album, Screen Memories, the his first release in six years.
Last week, WHY? returned to Cambridge less than a year after their last performance, with supporting act Open Mike Eagle, bringing their cerebral style of hip-hop to the Sinclair.
Last week, Oakland-based bedroom pop band Jay Som played The Sinclair in support of their newest record, Everybody Works, with opening acts Stef Chura and Soccer Mommy.
