Our favorite funky demons Evolfo Doofeht are back with a new track called “Mechanicals,” produced in collaboration with Craig Welsch (Slightly Stoopid, 10 Ft. Ganja Plant, State Radio). The “gypsy-funk” tune is inspired by the Mechanicals of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, achieving a sound that is both playful and slightly spooky.  According to the band’s ringleader Matt Gibbs, “I can’t say this track is normal but I want to (I hope humbly) suggest that it is catchy and danceable.”

Come celebrate the release TONIGHT at Middle East Upstairs. The bill also includes Full Tang and Destroy Babylon, so get there early and be sure to grab a download card or seven.
