Australian superstars 5 Seconds of Summer visited TD Garden for a high-energy show on June 5th. The show marked the midpoint of the Everyone’s A Star! World Tour, promoting their new album of the same name. Fans came dressed for the occasion, sporting hot pink dresses, glittery makeup, mesh tights, and silver star hairclips. The lights flashed as the band arrived in style, popping out of the roof of a limo that sat atop the stage as fans released thunderous cheers. They immediately began shredding tracks from their beloved discography and respective solo works. Performances of songs like “NOT OK,” “She’s Kinda Hot,” and “Youngblood” got the crowd jumping to the beat. The band held the audience in the palm of their hands throughout with effortless, commanding stage presence. Toward the end of the set, one lucky fan even got to announce the surprise song: a special tour debut of “Red Desert” as well as the song’s first performance in full.

5 Seconds of Summer poured passion and excitement into every ounce of the performance, bringing out The Boston Celtics mascot Lucky the Leprechaun and Boston Bruins mascot Blades the Bruin to join the spectacle. Make sure to catch the biggest boyband in the world live before the Everyone’s A Star! World Tour ends in November. Buy tickets here.
