In ancient times, festivals were meant to mark the passage of time. In this spirit, what does Fuzzstival represent? I would categorize it as one of the first major indie Boston music festivals since lockdown ended and a collective rejoicing that we’re able to see live local music again.
Where’s the Beeef? Probably somewhere in Lower Allston, playing their sick new single “I’m So Sorry” featuring pal Sidney Gish, a tease of their upcoming album “Bull in the Shade.”

How do we sum up a fantastic year of music?
Earlier this fall, we released a live session of one of our favorite local bands, Free Pizza, playing “Oh Yeah, That Deep Breath”, recorded in the basement of Whitehaus. Upon hearing the band was relocating to Miami later in December, well, we cried a little. But then we decided to release another vid from our precious time with them. Watch “Freedom Pizza” here:
