Boston Comes Alive with SOUL GLO

Kicking off the new month, SOUL GLO stopped in Boston this August as part of their summer tour. They were joined by openers Tossed Aside, as well as touring partners Ostraca and Carrion Spring, making for a stacked and refreshingly heavy bill from end to end.

For Carrion Spring, the night’s show marked their last date on the road with SOUL GLO, while Ostraca, who were playing their first performance in Boston for quite some time, would carry on. Despite coming from different ends of the tour, both bands delivered great sets, as did Tossed Aside. Up last, SOUL GLO brought all of the energy and more from their recent release, THE NIGGA IN ME IS ME, to Great Scott’s stage. They closed out with one of TNIMIM‘s most memorable tracks “31,” the perfect way to end the night’s intense set.
