Cat Stevens / Yusuf a busy man! He just put out a book called Why I Still Carry A Guitar, he’s releasing a new record next month, AND he’s touring the continent this winter for the first time in 35 years!

The tour is in celebration of his new compilation album called Tell ‘Em I’m Gone that will release on October 27. It is co-produced by Rick Rubin and will include contributions from the likes of Bonnie Billy, Richard Thompson and others.

Don’t wait another 35 years! The tour will roll through Boston on December 4 at Citi Performing Arts Center and New York on December 7 at the Beacon Theatre. The full North American tour dates are listed below.
