The lord and savior of Viceroy and bucket hat-clad festival bros has returned.

Good ol’ Mac Demarco is releasing a mini-LP-sized serving of his woozy, instantly lovable guitar-pop on August 7th with the casually titled Another One and, if “The Way You’d Love Her” is any indication, Mac’s got plans to control the fleeting barbecues and sweat drenched beers of late summer. Mac sounds a bit remorseful on this one, but he can’t be all that sad since he’s upgraded his recording spot from a hole-in-the-wall Brooklyn apartment to more substantial property in Far Rockaway, Queens. Macky is still undoubtedly doing his Macky thing though, so initiate summer with “Love Her”, streaming below.
