On February 9th, Girlpool played The Paradise Rock Club with opening acts Land of Talk and Forth Wanders. Touring in support of their May 2017 release, Powerplant, Girlpool brought their their own unique style of indie rock and folk punk to Boston.

Dan Bejar’s music as Destroyer is poetic, challenging, and mysterious. The band’s live performance gives life to music, it’s like finally getting the chance to see the pieces of the puzzle up close. Bejar’s performance in particular is like seeing a magician pull off a trick that leaves you amazed at the end.
