A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the owner of Roggie’s bar, WHDH is reporting. The popular BC-area bar has been closed since an incident last month when a man was reportedly injured in the establishment and left there for hour before being dragged into a dumpster by employees. The man suffered a brain injury and remains in critical condition. We will update the story as more details become available
